Want to choose the films for next year? Or learn to project? Or just find out when the next social event is?
You need to come along to a meeting!
Meetings are usually held at 7.00pm every Monday in the Munro Room, Pleasance Societies Centre (directly opposite the bar at the bottom of the steps where you enter). Alternatively, find us in the bar before the meeting. Occasionally we move location or time, but that's normally to get to happy hour.
Our room is currently wheelchair accessable but if you are in a wheelchair and are planning to attend please e-mail us and let us know.
There are two parts to the meetings (and the committee). Some people choose to come along only to the programming meetings and social events. These are the people who help choose the films, have lots of fun and write a few reviews. Then there are the people who run the society: from projectionist to president they're all just as important. All the day-to-day issues of running what is effectively a small cinema get discussed at the business meetings.
